Workshop series Entirely My Book will introduce some of the main steps in creating a book. Day one: making your own paper. Day two: Creating your own ornamental letter to adorn your own text, which you will put together and press with lead type on day three. Day four: you will supplement your text with your own illustration, made in woodcut technique. Day five: binding of your book.

Monday, July 22: Hand papermaking
Tuesday, July 23: Woodcut
Wednesday, July 24: Printing with lead type
Thursday, July 25: Ornamental letters
Friday, July 26: Bookbinding

Participants can apply for individual workshops or workshop series. Participants applying for workshop series will be given priority.

Please reserve your spot in the workshop at least three days beforehand.

Number of participants: 8

Participation fee: 125 EUR

Benefits: 100 EUR (students and pensioners)
